Teqball momentum continues to build in Pakistan
The growing teqball community in Pakistan gathered for a teqball championship at the Peshawar Sports complex in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on 5-6 September.
The event was organised by the Pakistan Teqball Federation and the regional Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Teqball Association and featured 45 male and female players from across the province.
Trophies were given to all podium finishers by Special Chairman of the Executive Body for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Teqball Association Muhammad Javed Marwat, who also gave certificates to all competitors to ensure everybody had a memento of the event.
President of the Pakistan Teqball Federation Milan Absar Ali was also in attendance in Peshawar, as Pakistan’s enthusiasm for teqball continues to grow rapidly with the country’s first para teqball championship, first inter-school girls championship, and Independence Day Championship all having taken place this summer.
