A Teqball competition took place last weekend at the Serangoon Arena in Singapore, with over 20 participating teams taking part at the event.

The tournament was jointly organised by Sport Singapore Football Academy, RSA Futsal, and the Embassy of Hungary in Singapore. The Hungarian Deputy-Ambassador, Oliver Fodor, attended to present trophies to the winners and to discuss future Teqball collaboration opportunities with Singaporean sports’ leaders.

The event follows on from The Singapore Teqball Federation announcing plans earlier this year to open a national training centre for elite Singaporean players, and to formalise a national team.
