The International Teqball Federation (FITEQ) regrets to announce that the upcoming Asian Teqball Tour event in Dubai, originally scheduled for 15-18 December 2022, has been postponed until March 2023 with new dates and information to be released this week. 

The competition was due to take place in cooperation with the Fankeepers Festival at Burj Park in Dubai, an exciting celebration of sport and entertainment, which has now unfortunately been postponed by the organisers, Telemice Events. 

Athletes registered to compete at the original event will receive an email shortly outlining specifics regarding the athlete refund policy, which has been summarised below: 

• Telemice and FITEQ will provide refunds and recovery fees based on official booking papers and confirmation emails.
• For non-refundable, non-rebookable, or non-cancellable flights or hotels, please send the proof of this policy and FITEQ will refund the total loss.
• FITEQ will refund 100% of all costs for athletes who would not like to participate in the rescheduled event. Athletes that choose this option are ineligible for re-registration for the rescheduled event.
• The above applies only to costs associated with flights, accommodation, and transfers.

FITEQ would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by this postponement and look forward to welcoming Teqball athletes and fans to Dubai at a new date in March 2023.
