Dominican Republic

Teqball was launched in the Dominican Republic by Ms. Isay Ramos, who is a sports businessperson. Ms. Ramos wanted to be part of the Teqball movement, and her intention was to introduce the sport to the Dominican Republic.

Teqball has now reached different parts of the Dominican Republic. There are several prospective clubs and even more people who are interested in Teqball. The Federation is working together closely and has the full support of the National Olympic Committee of Dominican Republic. But of course, as there is always space for improvement, further development programs and Teqball activities are in the plan. In the long run, Teqball will be available in schools and public places in the Dominican Republic, as Teqball has the power to create value through sport.
